What is Online Coaching?
Online coaching is a complete support service that gives you the structure, tools, and guidance to make real, lasting progress on your fitness journey.
This service includes a personalised training programme delivered straight to your phone or computer, tailored nutrition advice to match your goals, weekly check-ins for accountability and to help keep you on track, with ongoing 24/7 support whenever you need it.
All of my coaching is evidence-based and grounded in the latest scientific research, using methods that are proven to work — no trends or quick fixes. But just as important, I take a client-first approach, making sure everything is realistic, manageable, and tailored to your lifestyle.
I don’t believe in harshly controlled diets and extreme workout plans that will have you inevitably crashing and burning. Instead, I help and encourage my clients to build sustainable healthy habits that help them reach their goals without sacrificing everything they love.
“But I could just get a cheap plan online?”

James came to me looking to lose weight and build muscle. He had never set foot in a gym, nor had he attempted any sort of diet.
When we started working together, we got to work on building healthy habits to raise his activity levels as well as looking at where we could begin to improve his diet. We constructed a workout routine that he would enjoy, and he followed the plan with incredible adherence.
He never cut out the foods he enjoyed and didn’t sacrifice meals out. He focused on making his meals more balanced and nutritious while controlling his portions.
Whilst building muscle and strength in the gym, James managed to hit his weight loss goal of 30 lbs in just over 6 months. Not once did he feel his energy levels drop, nor did he find his hunger to be overbearing. I’m incredibly proud of all the hard work he put in. His results are a testament to his efforts!
